Vollkeramische Werkstoffe haben sich seit geraumer Zeit als adäquate Alternative für die Versorgung mit Kronen und Brücken qualifiziert. Dies unterstützt die DGZMK mit der „S3-Leitlinie Vollkeramische Kronen und Brücken“ mittels evidenzgestützter Studienergebnisse und testiert, dass die klinische Bewährung wesentlich vom Einsatzbereich, von den verwendeten Werkstoffen und von der Einhaltung materialspezifischer Anforderungen abhängt [1].
