Abstract
Alimentary tract duplications are rare anomalies, which are often associated with
other congenital malformations. We report on a newborn with the combination of tubular
esophageal duplication, congenital esophageal stenosis, ramification anomaly of lower
left lobe bronchus, complete pericardial aplasia and malrotation of the bowel with
a partial pancreas anulare. The diagnoses are based on esophagogram, bronchogram,
bronchoscopy, gastroscopy, explorative thoracotomy and laparotomy. The treatment was
a resection of the duplication per thoracotomy, esophageal myotomy with fundoplicatio.
Zusammenfassung
Tubuläre Ösophagusduplikaturen sind sehr seltene Fehlbildungen, die häufig mit zusätzlichen
kongenitalen Malformationen assoziiert sind. Wir berichten über ein Neugeborenes mit
einer tubulären Ösophagusduplikatur, einer Ösophagusstenose, einem akzessorischen
linken Lungenunterlappen, einer totalen Perikardaplasie und einer Malrotation des
Darmes kombiniert mit einem partiellen Pancreas anulare. Die Diagnosen basieren auf
der Röntgen-Kontrastdarstellung von Ösophagus und Magen, einer Bronchiographie und
-skopie, einer Gastroskopie sowie der explorativen Thorakotomie und Laparotomie des
Kindes. Die Ösophagusduplikatur wurde über eine Thorakotomie entfernt. Außerdem wurde
eine Heller-Myotomie mit Fundoplikation durchgeführt.
