Abstract
New Concepts in Surgery of the Facial Skeleton
Secondary orbital and periorbital skeletal reconstruction remains a difficult challenge.
Recent use of intraoperative CT image guided surgery techniques have allowed an improved
operator confidence in such reconstructions. In this review, cases illustrating the
use of image guided surgery techniques in patients with fixed, secondary orbital and
zygomatic deformities will be demonstrated.
