Über ein derartiges Syndrom traumatischer Genese wird berichtet. Die Lokalisation der Läsionen ist bemerkenswert und läßt auf den Ausfall assoziativer Bahnen schließen. Summary Dyslexia without agraphia is a highly complex cerebral malfunction. A posttraumatic case is considered.
