Zusammenfassung

Die Spontanruptur der vorderen Linsenkapsel bei Cataracta hypermatura Morgagni ist selten. Bericht mit Fotos über einen Fall mit Spontanresorption der verflüssigten Linsenrinde und klarer Pupille ohne Sekundärglaukom oder Cyclitis.

Summary

Spontaneous rupture of the lens capsule in hypermature morgagnian cataract is seldom. A case report with photographs of spontaneous resorption of the lens cortex and clear pupil without secondary glaucoma or cyclitis.
