Der Autor stellt ein alternatives Verfahren zur Kryo-Kataraktextraktion, eine Vorrichtung zur Vakuumextraktion der Augenlinse vor. Das Gerät zeichnet sich durch eine Reihe von Vorteilen aus, insbesondere wird eine schonende Linsenentbindung gewährleistet.
Summary
The author describes an alternative method to cryoextraction of the lens, namely vacuum extraction. The apparatus has a number of advantages in particular in that it facilitates gentle lens extraction, as the vacuum can be regulated from zero to 15 1/ min.
