Zusammenfassung
Die Ursache der Subluxation einer Iris-Clip-Linse (4-Schlingen-Binkhorstlinse) bei
Mydriase wird diskutiert. Werden gewisse Bedingungen während der Implantation nicht
erfüllt und droht die Gefahr einer Subluxation, ist das Einlegen einer McCannel-Naht
indiziert. Damit kann eine vom Patienten lange Zeit unbemerkte, langsam progrediente
Hornhaut-Dystrophie infolge Endothelberührung durch die subluxierte Iris-Clip-Linse
vermieden werden.
Summary
This paper gives practical hints on how to avoid subluxation of an iris clip lens
in mydriasis. If special conditions cannot be fulfilled during lens implantation and
there is an acute danger of dislocation of the lens, a McCannel suture is recommended.
With this management a slowly developing corneal dystrophy caused by the recurrently
subluxating lens touching the endothelium, unnoticed by the patient, can be avoided.
