Zusammenfassung
Retrospektive Studie über synechiebedingte Lageveränderungen von Vierschlingenlinsen
nach Binkhorst, die während der letzten 4 Jahre implantiert worden sind. 23 Augen
nach extrakapsulärer Kataraktoperation mit Linsenimplantation wurden nachuntersucht.
Bei 70% der Augen traten Dezentrierun-gen auf: am häufigsten nach oben (56%), bei
25% nach unten und bei 19% seitlich. Bei 39% der Augen konnte eine Verkippung der
Linse festgestellt werden. Dabei kann es zur Eindellung und Druckatrophie der Iris
kommen.
Summary
The authors carried out a study covering the last 4 years on changes of lens positions
caused by synechiae after extracapsular cataract extraction and implantation of a
Binkhorst-type 4-loop lens. The lens was found to be off-center in 70% of the 23 eyes
which were examined. The direction of displacement was most commonly vertically upward
(56%), followed by vertically downward (25%) and horizontal (19%). In 39% of the eyes
a tilting of the lens was observed. Pressure of the lens loops against the iris can
cause atrophy of the iris tissue in such cases.
