Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 34jährigen Mann kommt es unter dem klinischen Bild einer einseitigen diskoiden Makulopathie zu einem plötzlichen Visusverlust. Die Differentialdiagnose wird diskutiert.

Summary

A young man presenting with the clinical picture of a unilateral discoid maculopathy, and who had suffered a sudden loss of vision, was hospitalized at the authors' clinic. The differential diagnosis is discussed.
