Aphakiekorrektur mit harten gasdurchlässigen Hornhautlinsen

und großer Fortschritt. Durch ihre optische Qualität, ihre gute Verträglichkeit und
durch die Möglichkeit einer verlängerten Tragzeit sind diese Linsen die ideale Lösung
für die Aphakiekorrektur. Ergebnisse von 58 Aphakiekorrekturen werden besprochen.
Summary
The introduction of gas-permeable hard contact lenses represents an important step
forward in contactology. With their high optical quality, the fact that they are well
tolerated and hence can be worn for prolonged periods of time, these lenses are ideal
for correction of aphakia. The results of 58 such corrections are discussed.
