Zusammenfassung
Neubildung von Linsenepithel mit unphysiologischer Lokalisation wurde in einem Fall
durch Linsenperforation und in einem anderen Fall durch endogenes Trauma infolge Tumordrucks
auf die Linsenrückfläche hervorgerufen. Beide beschriebenen Veränderungen können als
Versuch einer Autoreparation der Linse aufgefaßt werden.
Summary
A perforating injury of the lens and - in another case - the pressure of a choroid
melanoma on the rear surface of the lens induced epithelial proliferation with unphysiologic
localization. This proliferation may be regarded as an attempt at autogenous repair
of the lens; the significance of this phenomenon is discussed.
