Summary
The serological diagnosis of ocular toxoplasmosis by comparing the aqueous humor:
serum titer ratio with the respective IgG levels, and chemotherapy with clindamycin
are discussed with reference to the results in 6 patients with active focal recurrent
posterior uveitis.
