Sekundäre Linsenimplantation

Zusammenfassung

Bei 12 aphaken Patienten werden in einem Zeitraum von etwa 1œ Jahren sekundär irisgetragene Linsen implantiert. Bei einem Patienten beiderseits. Die Implantation ist bei 9 Patienten mit einer vorderen Vitrektomie verbunden. Einmal kam es postoperativ zu einer Ablatio und einmal zu einer Subluxation. Beide Komplikationen waren erfolgreich behebbar.

Summary

In 12 aphakic patients iris-supported lenses were implanted as a secondary procedure over a period of approximately 1œ years, in one patient bilaterally. In 9 patients the implantation was combined with anterior vitrectomy. In one case retinal detachment occurred postoperatively, and in another a subluxation. Both of these complications were successfully remedied.
