Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen 46jährigen Patienten mit Morbus Norrie. Am rechten Auge fand sich ein Keratotorus mit nicht vaskularisierten Hornhautnarben und eine mature Katarakt mit Subluxatio lentis. Nach komplikationsloser perforierender Keratoplastik war ein Pseudogliom mit irreversibler Amotio retinae totalis erkennbar. Am linken Auge zeigte sich eine Atrophia bulbi mit Schrumpfung mit Pannus corneae, Hornhautbanddegeneration, flacher Vorderkammer, hinteren Synechien und maturer Katarakt.

Summary

We report on a 46-year old white male with Norrie disease. In the right eye he had a keratotorus with non vascularized corneal scars and mature cataract. After penetrating keratoplasty a pseudoglioma with irreversible total retinal detachment was found. The left eye had phthisis bulbi with corneal pannus and band keratopathy, shallow anterior chamber, posterior synechia and mature cataract.
