Anamnese

Ein 24-jähriger Patient klagt über rezidivierende, blitzartig einsetzende linksseitige Gesichtsschmerzen, die vor allem morgens beim Zähneputzen und Rasieren auftreten. Der übrige neurologische Befund ist unauffällig. Die MRT-Untersuchung des Schädels zeigt eine Raumforderung im linken Kleinhirnbrückenwinkel.
