Spontane sagittale Korpusruptur unklarer Genese in der Nähe des errechneten Entbindungstermins - Ein Fallbericht

Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall einer spontanen sagittalen Korpusruptur ohne Vorliegen einer der bekannten Risikofaktoren bei einer Schwangeren in Terminnähe beschrieben. Wegweisend für die Diagnose und die Laparotomieindikation war der sonografische Befund.

Abstract

A case of spontaneous sagittal rupture of the uterine body without any of the known risk factors in a pregnant woman near the estimated day of delivery is described. The ultrasonographic findings were crucial for the diagnosis and the indication for laparotomy.
