Summary

Heterotopic pancreatic tissue was found in a bronchogenic cyst. To our knowledge no authentic case has been previously reported in the literature. A reliable diagnosis of bronchogenic cyst is made possible by using computer tomography. The diagnosis of bronchogenic cyst should be followed by its resection.
