Publication History
Publication Date:

Summary
Combined gastro-duodenoscopy and colonoscopy ('top and tail' endoscopy) on the same occasion in Peutz-Jeghers patients has allowed multiple endoscopic polypectomies of lesions up to 4.5 cm diameter and up to 40 cm above the ileo-caecal valve. 'Top and tail' endoscopy simplifies the management of Peutz-Jeghers patients and should also be useful in the management of other patients requiring investigation of both ends of the gastro-intestinal tract.
