Summary

We report the case of a male patient of 67 years with malignant lymphoma. 2 years later a lymphomatous meningeosis and Polyneuropathie was found. After an interval of another 1œ years he died.

Histologically not only the meninges and roots of the nerves were infiltrated but also the median nerve (»neoplastic neuropathy«). For diagnosis biopsy and investigation of the sural nerve seems suitable.
