Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Patienten mit vorwiegend sensibler Polyneuropathie bei primärem Sjögren-Syndrom berichtet. Begleitend lagen eine Pupillotonie und eine Geschmacksstörung vor. Eine kombinierte immunsuppressive Therapie mit Plasmaseparation, Cyclophosphamid und Kortikosteroiden führte zur Symptombesserung.

Summary

A patient with sensory neuropathy in primary Sjogren's syndrome is reported. Additional signs were pupillotonia and taste disturbance. Symptoms and signs improved with combined immunosuppressive treatment including plasmapheresis, cyclophosphamide, and corticosteroids.
