Zusammenfassung

Die therapeutische Beeinflussung von unterschiedlichen Dopaminrezeptoren stellt eine entscheidende Strategie zur Reduktion von motorischen Symptomen und Komplikationen dar. Dopaminagonisten haben gemäß präklinischer Studien neuroprotektives Potential. Sie sind daher für die frühe und späte Therapie der Parkinson-Krankheit unverzichtbar.

Summary

The therapeutic potential of dopamine agonists is of great importance to reduce both motor symptoms and fluctuations in parkinson's disease. Moreover, according to preclinical studies, they show neuroprotection; therefore, dopamine agonists are indispensable for the early and late stages of the disease.
