Zusammenfassung
Die neurologische Rehabilitation arbeitet interdisziplinär interaktiv, patientenbezogen
in einem multiprofessionellen Setting. Aufgaben, Funktionen, Ausbildungsgänge und
berufsrechtliche Grundlagen für die verschiedenen in der neurologischen Rehabilitation
tätigen Berufsgruppen werden dargestellt. Ein internationaler Vergleich der Organisationsformen
der neurologischen Rehabilitation ergibt, dass in Deutschland erhebliche Defizite
wohnortnaher Angebote bestehen. Auch die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und die
Entscheidungsstrukturen im therapeutischen Team scheinen sich international anders
zu entwickeln als in Deutschland. Die Organisationsformen sollten berücksichtigen,
dass sich im Verlauf der Rehabilitation eine Veränderung ergibt von einer medizinisch
dominierten Versorgung in der Frühphase zu klientenzentrierten Strukturen, in denen
psychosozial orientierte Interventionen und Hilfen im Vordergrund stehen.
Summary
Neurological rehabilitation is multiprofessional, interdisciplinarily interactive
and dient oriented. We describe tasks, functions, professional training and legal
status in Germany of the various professions that are represented in the rehabilitation
team. An international comparison reveals that there are considerable deficits in
community-based neurological rehabilitation services in Germany. Team organisation
and decision structures in Germany correspond only partially to international developments.
Rehabilitation structures and services should take into account that in the course
of neurological rehabilitation the focus of service changes from medical treatment
to psychosocial interventions.
