Eine 64-jährige Patientin wurde uns wegen seit 2 Jahren rezidivierend auftretenden und jeweils für wenige Tage anhaltenden Oberbauchschmerzen vorgestellt. Bis auf leicht erhöhte Pankreasenzyme im Serum waren die Laborwerte unauffällig gewesen.

Die sonographische Untersuchung zeigte den in Abb. [1] dargestellten Befund.

Fragen:

Welche pathologischen Veränderungen sind am Pankreas erkennbar? Welche Differenzialdiagnosen können hier gestellt werden? Welche ergänzenden Untersuchungen sollten erfolgen?
