Sonoquiz

Bei einer 24-jährigen türkischen Patientin war wegen seit Monaten bestehenden epigastrischen Beschwerden eine CT des Oberbauches veranlasst worden. Als Ursache der Symptomatik fand sich eine große Zyste im linken Leberlappen (Abb. [1]). Die junge Frau wurde nun mit der Frage einer möglichen Zystenverödung vorgestellt.

Die sonographische Untersuchung zeigte den in Abb. [2] dargestellten Befund. Bei der diagnostischen Punktion konnte wasserklare Flüssigkeit aspiriert werden.

Fragen:

1. Welches Detail in den Abb. [1] und [2] war Anlass für die diagnostische Zystenpunktion?

2. Welche spezielle Laboruntersuchung wurde vor Punktion dieser Zyste veranlasst?
