Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über einen Fall von schwerer akzidentieller Hypothermie (22 °C Körperkerntemperatur)
nach einem missglückten Suizidversuch. Die initialen Befunde, die präklinische und
klinische Vorsorgung werden geschildert und die getroffenen Entscheidungen diskutiert.
Die Fallvorstellung schließt mit einer Diskussion der möglichen Wiedererwärmungsstrategien.
Abstract
We present a case of severe accidental hypothermia (core temperature 22 °C) after
a suicide attempt. The initial symptoms and the pre-hospital and hospital treatment
are discussed. Additionally, different rewarming strategies for patients with severe
accidental hypothermia are compared.
