Zusammenfassung

Die Neurodermitis ist eine der häufigsten, multifaktoriell verursachten Hauterkrankungen. In der Akutbehandlung haben externe und interne Glukokortikoide trotz neuer Therapeutika einen wichtigen Stellenwert. Häufig unterschätzt werden allgemeine Maßnahmen und die Nachbehandlung mit pflegenden Externa zur Verhinderung von Rezidiven.
