Spinale arteriovenöse Malformation bei Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber-Syndrom: klinische Verschlechterung nach Lumbalpunktion?

Zusammenfassung

In einem Fall mit Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber-Syndrom, assoziiert mit einer spinalen arteriovenösen Malformation, kam es zu einer akuten zervikalen Querschnittlähmung. Der Zusammenhang mit einer vorhergehenden Lumbalpunktion wird diskutiert.

Abstract

Acute tetraparesis occurred in a case of Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome associated with a spinal arteriovenous malformation. The relationship with a previous lumbar puncture is discussed.
