Zusammenfassung
Die häufigste Störung des Wasserhaushaltes ist die Hyponatriämie; sie ist damit auch die häufigste Elektrolytstörung. Die auftretenden Symptome der Hyponatriämie sind vielfältig und oft nicht leicht zu erkennen. Die Hyponatriämie ist mit erhöhter Morbidität und Mortalität assoziiert [1], [2].
