Introduction

The giant or dilated pore of Winer (DP) is a relatively common benign adnexal neoplasia of the skin, originating from the follicular infundibulum of the outer hair root sheath [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]. Dilated pores develop most frequently over the face, neck and back, mainly in actinic skin [2], [6]. Surprisingly there are only two cases reported of lid skin or periocular dilated pores of Winer available in literature [3], [7]. This is a report on a patient who was suffering for more than 30 years from a DP causing permanent complaint.
