Blasenkarzinom – Überlebenszeiten nach neoadjuvanter Chemo-therapie

Bei Blasenkarzinom mit Invasion der Muskelschicht empfehlen die derzeitigen Leitlinien vor der radikalen Zystektomie eine neoadjuvante Chemotherapie – die allerdings oft nicht erfolgt. Eine internationale Arbeitsgruppe hat nun untersucht, wie das im Operationspräparat gefundene Ansprechen auf die Zytostatika die Überlebenszeiten beeinflusst.
