Zusammenfassung
Bei begründetem Verdacht auf das Vorliegen einer Berufskrankheit ist jeder Arzt
gesetzlich verpflichtet eine Berufskrankheitenverdachtsanzeige zu erstatten.
Angesichts der gesetzlichen Anzeigepflicht gehören Berufskrankheiten inklusive
der Aktualisierungen der Liste der Berufskrankheiten zum Pflichtwissen für
Ärzte. Im Januar 2015 ist die dritte Verordnung zur Änderung der
Berufskrankheiten-Verordnung mit einer Ergänzung der Berufskrankheitenliste um
vier neue Ziffern in Kraft getreten. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Larynxkarzinom
durch intensive und mehrjährige Exposition gegenüber schwefelsäurehaltigen
Aerosolen, die Druckschädigung des Nervus medianus im Carpaltunnel
(Carpaltunnel-Syndrom) durch repetitive manuelle Tätigkeiten mit Beugung und
Streckung der Handgelenke, durch erhöhten Kraftaufwand der Hände oder durch
Hand-Arm-Schwingungen, die Gefäßschädigung der Hand durch stoßartige
Krafteinwirkung (Hypothenar-Hammer-Syndrom und Thenar-Hammer-Syndrom) und um
Plattenepithelkarzinome oder multiple aktinische Keratosen der Haut durch
natürliche UV-Strahlung.
Abstract
Every physician is legally required to officially report potential occupational
diseases in case of reasonable suspicion.
Due to these legal reporting requirements, knowledge about occupational diseases
including necessary actualizations is essential for all physicians. In January
2015 the third regulation to change the Ordinance on Occupational Diseases came
into force, adding four new diseases to the existing list of occupational
diseases. New diseases include a laryngeal carcinoma caused by intensive and
perennial exposition to aerosols containing sulphuric acid, and squamos-cell
carcinoma or multiple actinic keratosis of the skin caused by natural UV
radiation. Furthermore the carpal tunnel syndrome, a pressure damage of the
Nervus medianus, caused by repetitive manual tasks with flexion and extension of
wrists has been added as well as the hypothenar- and thenar-hammer-syndrome
which are vascular damages of the hand caused by shock-type application of
force.
