Einleitung

Evidenzbasierte Praxis bedeutet, die therapeutischen Erfahrungen, Patientenpräferenzen und externe wissenschaftliche Ergebnisse für eine bestmögliche Therapie unserer Patienten zu bündeln. Dabei gibt die Fragestellung die verschiedenen Messmethoden vor. So sind z. B. beim auf der Intensivstation (ITS) erworbenen Schwächesyndrom in der Akutphase in aller Regel andere Assessments anzuwenden als in der späteren Rehabilitationsphase.

Der kurze Übersichtsartikel beleuchtet das Thema Assessment-Verfahren beim auf der ITS erworbenen Schwächesyndrom näher und geht dabei genauer auf Messinstrumente für Delir und Verbesserungen von Alltagsleistungen ein.
