Practical Technique for Predictable Wedge Osteotomies during Microvascular Free Fibula Reconstruction after Mandibulectomy

Conclusion

Our technique of paper foil–based planning allows for creating a precise template that could be used to mark out and perform the fibular wedge osteotomy. This technique is practical and easily reproducible under all circumstances.
