Zusammenfassung

Die Fallbeschreibung demonstriert die sonografische Diagnostik eines gastrointestinalen Stromatumors (GIST) im Jejunum bei einer 75-jährigen Patientin. Die Diagnosestellung des Dünndarmtumors erfolgte mit 9 MHz linearem Schallkopf, farbkodierter Duplex-Sonografie und kontrastverstärktem Ultraschall (CEUS). Besprochen werden die Dünndarmtumore, ihr klinisches Erscheinungsbild und Diagnostik.

Abstract

This paper describes the ultrasonographic diagnosis of a gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) in the jejunum in case of a 75 years old female patient. Discussed are the differential diagnosis of small bowel tumors, clinical presentation and diagnosis.
