Significance

The authors report on the palladium-catalyzed oxidative cyclization of allylic sulf­amides utilizing molecular oxygen as the stoichiometric oxidant. The availability of the starting materials, simplicity of the catalyst system, high yields and selectivity as well as the utility of the products are noteworthy.
