Zusammenfassung
Die Lymphangioadenographie mit öligen Kontrastmitteln erlaubt eine direkte röntgenologische
Darstellung der retroperitonealen Lymphbahnen und Lymphknoten. Nach kurzer Beschreibung
der Technik der Lymphangioadenographie werden die Indikationen und diagnostischen
Ergebnisse bei primärren und sekundären Lymphknotentumoren angeführt und diskutiert.
Verlaufskontrollen des Lymphadenogramms lassen infolge der sechs bis zwölf Monate
anhaltenden Speicherung öliger Kontrastmittel die Wirksamkeit einer Therapie bei retroperitonealen
Lymphknotentumoren beurteilen, auch ist die frühzeitige Erfassung eines Tumorrezidivs
lymphographisch möglich.
Summary
Lymphangioadenography with oily contrast medium makes possible the direct radiological
demonstration of retroperitoneal lymph channels and lymph-nodes. The technique of
lymphangioadenography is described briefly and indications and diagnostic features
in primary and secondary tumours of lymph-nodes presented. Repeat lymphadenograms
within six to twelve months, during which period the oily contrast medium remains
stored in the lymph channels, allows one to check the effectiveness of treating retroperitoneal
tumours with metastases to the lymph-nodes. It also makes it possible to diagnose
early any tumour recurrences.

Linfangioadenografía del sistema linfático retroperitoneal
La linfangioadenografía con medios oleosos de contraste permite una exposición roentgenológica
directa de las vías y ganglios linfáticos retroperitoneales. Tras corta descripción
de la técnica de la linfangioadenografía se citan y discuten las indicaciones y los
resultados diagnósticos en tumores primarios y secundarios de ganglios linfáticos.
Controles evolutivos del linfadenograma permiten juzgar la eficacia de un tratamiento
en tumores de los ganglios linfáticos, debido al almacenamiento del medio oleoso de
contraste durante seis a doce meses; linfográficamente también es posible el reconocimiento
precoz de una recidiva del tumor.
