Re-Enklavation einer dislozierten irisgestützten phaken Intraokularlinse (Artisan) mit Reiziritis

Einleitung

Die Artisan-Linse (Ophtec BV, Groningen, Netherlands) ist eine irisgestützte Intraokularlinse (IOL), die ursprünglich zur Korrektur von Aphakie entwickelt wurde [1] [2]. In den letzten 2 Dekaden hat sich diese Irisklauenlinse im Besonderen zur Korrektur von hohen Ammetropien bewährt [3]. Im Rahmen des Indikationsbereichs für phake IOLs (PIOL) gilt die Implantation einer Artisan-Linse als ein sicheres refraktiv chirurgisches Verfahren [4] [5]. Neben den seltenen primären Komplikationen, wie Inflammation, Unter- oder Überkorrektur, Induktion von Astigmatismen und möglichem Endothelzellverlust, ist die Dislokation einer solchen Linse eine seltene Begebenheit. Aus der Literaturrecherche zwischen 1985 – 2009 gehen nur 2 Berichte hierzu hervor [6] [7]. Eine Dislokation ist im Besonderen nach insuffizienter Enklavation oder posttraumatisch denkbar [4].
