Zusammenfassung
Das Krankheitsbild des primären Nierenarterienaneurysmas ist bisher kaum bekannt.
Aufgrund einer eigenen Beobachtung werden daher Pathogenese und klinische Symptomatik
dieser Erkrankung besprochen. Das häufigste Symptom des primären Aneurysmas der Nierenarterie
ist die Hypertonie. Die möglichen Ursachen für die Entstehung dieser Hypertonie werden
diskutiert. Auf die diagnostischen Möglichkeiten und die Therapie wird hingewiesen.
Summary
A case of primary renal artery aneurysms with proximal stenosis in a 13-year-old girl
who had developed severe hypertension is reported. After nephrectomy (arterial reconstruction
proved impossible) blood pressure returned to normal. Pathogenesis and clinical features
of primary renal-artery aneurysm are discussed: hypertension is the most frequent
sign. Possible causes of such hypertension are considered and diagnostic and therapeutic
factors presented.

El aneurisma primario de las arterias renales como causa de hipertensión
El cuadro clínico del aneurisma primario de las arterias renales es, hasta ahora,
apenas conocido. A base de una observación propia, se comentan ahora la patogénesis
y la sintomatología clínica de esta afección. El síntoma más frecuente del aneurisma
primario de la arteria renal es la hipertensión. Se discuten las posibles causas para
el desarrollo de esta hipertensión y se señalan las posibilidades diagnósticas y el
tratamiento.
