Es wird über einen Fall von Hiatushernie berichtet, bei dem das seltene Ereignis einer Perforation des Ösophagus mit Entwicklung eines großen rechtsseitigen Pleuraempyems eintrat.

Summary

A case of a hiatal hernia with the rare occurrence of perforation of the oesophagus and subsequent development of a large rightsided pleural empyema is presented.

On décrit un cas de hernie hiatale dans lequel, fait rare, survient une perforation de l'oesophage et un important emphysème droit consécutif.
