Der Verschluß des traumatischen Kammerseptumdefektes

Zusammenfassung
Ein 11jähriger Knabe fiel aus 3 m Höhe in einen 12 cm langen Nagel, der wie ein Stilett in den linken Thorax eindrang. Verfasser diagnostizierte einen traumatisch entstandenen Kammerseptumdefekt. Als erste chirurgische Maßnahme wurde die 4 cm lange im Bereich der Ausflußbahn der rechten Kammer befindliche Wunde durch Naht versorgt. 8 Wochen später erfolgte der Verschluß des 15 × 5 mm großen Kammerseptumdefektes. Bei einer 2 Jahre nach der Operation durchgeführten Kontrolluntersuchung war das Kind symptomenund beschwerdefrei. Der mit Erfolg korrigierte traumatische Kammerseptumdefekt ist der 24. in der Weltliteratur mitgeteilte Fall.
Summary
An 11-year old boy fell from a height of 3 m onto a 12 cm nail which entered the left thorax like a stylette. A traumatic defect of the ventricular septum was diagnosed. As a preliminary surgical measure, the 4 cm wound in the region of the path of the outflow in the right ventrical was sutured. Eight weeks later, closure of the 15 × 5 mm defect in the ventricular septum was performed. The child was found to be free of symptoms and complaints when controlled 2 years after the operation. This successful correction of a ventricular septum defect due to trauma is the 24th to be reported in the world literature.
Résumé
Un garçon de 11 ans tomba d'une hauteur de 3 m. sur un clou de 12 cm de long qui se planta comme un stylet dans la partie gauche du thorax.
Les auteurs posèrent le diagnostic d'une communication interventriculaire d'origine traumatique.
La première mesure chirurgicale consista en une suture de la plaie localisée au voisinage de la sortie du ventricule droit. 8 semaines plus tard, eut lieu l'oblitération de la communication interventriculaire mesurant 15/5 mm.
A l'examen de contrôle entrepris 2 ans aprés l'opération, l'enfant ne souffrait pas, il n'avait aucun Symptôme. Ce traitement chirurgical couronné de succès de la communication interventriculaire d'origine traumatique est le 24e cas décrit dans la littérature.
