Zusammenfassung

Der Fall eines vom rechten oberen Lungenlappen ausgehenden und auf die Pleura übergreifenden Retikulosarkoms wird beschrieben. Der 51jährige Patient überlebte die palliative Operation und die Radiotherapie um 1œ Jahre.

Summary

A case of a reticulum cell sarcoma extending from the right upper pulmonary lobe and invading the pleura is reported. The 51 year old patient survived 1œ years after the palliative operation and radiotherapy.
