Zusammenfassung
Es wird über ein einfaches von mir entworfenes Gerät berichtet, mit welchem bei Schrittmacher-implantation auch eine größere subkutane Distanz zwischen Schrittmacherbett und Fossa supraclavicularis überbrückt und die Elektrode atraumatisch subkutan durchgezogen werden kann.
Summary
A simple apparatus for subcutaneous placement of pacemaker electrode is presented. The described device allows to pull the electrode under the skin all the distance from neck to the hypochondrical region. This procedure is nearly atraumatic.
