Summary

Endoscopic polypectomy of the gastrointestinal tract is one of the procedures with immediate success. After the experience obtained in the endoscopic polypectomy of the large intestine the authors describe a case in which a fibrolipoma of the jejunum was removed successfully using the same technique.

Zusammenfassung

Nach den guten Erfahrungen der Polypektomie im oberen Verdauungstrakt wird über die erfolgreiche Abtragung eines Lipoms aus dem Jejunum bei einem Patienten mit einem Billroth II-Magen berichtet.
