Über einen kurzen Thorakotomieschnitt

Zusammenfassung

Der Verfasser beschreibt eine Modifikation der Standardthorakotomie, bei der ein kurzer, die Muskeln schonender Schnitt angestrebt wird. Mit Hilfe dieses Schnitts läßt sich der Thorax rasch öffnen und schließen, und das Resultat ist auch kosmetisch günstig. Der Schnitt, der vom Verfasser als „Vorhangschnitt” bezeichnet wird, eignet sich besonders gut für Segmentresektionen.

Summary

A modification of the standard thoracotomy procedure is described using a short incision intended to spare as much muscle tissue as possible. This incision allows for rapid opening and closing of the thorax with a favourable cosmetic result. I t is called “curtain incision” by the author and is especially well suited for segmental resections.

L'auteur décrit une modification de la technique standard de thoracotomie, il s'efforce de faire une incision protégeant les muscles. Par cette incision, le thorax est rapidement ouvert et refermé et le résultat cosmétique est également bon. Cette incision que l'auteurappelle «incision enrideau» est particulièrement indiquée dans les segmentectomies.
