Mehr als nur Anspannen – Inkontinenz und Beckenbodentraining im Sport

Viele Sportlerinnen und Sportler leiden unter Inkontinenz, obwohl man vermuten könnte, dass deren guter Trainingszustand den Beckenboden einschließt. Doch das Gegenteil ist häufig der Fall, und Stuhl- und Harninkontinenz sind für viele bis heute ein Tabuthema. Physiotherapeut*innen können helfen, Symptome frühzeitig zu erkennen und ein systematisches, bestenfalls präventives Beckenbodentraining einzuleiten – angepasst an den Trainingsplan.
