E-Health zur Behandlung von psychischen Erkrankungen in der Adoleszenz

E-Health-Programme bieten eine niedrigschwellige Möglichkeit, psychische Unterstützung zu leisten sowie Versorgungsengpässe zu überwinden. Gerade für Betroffene in der Adoleszenz erscheint aufgrund deren hohen Technikaffinität ein e-Health-Angebot sinnvoll. Eine alters- und entwicklungsgerechte Anpassung von Therapieinhalten ist jedoch notwendig, welche gleichzeitig Risiken eines problematischen Medienkonsums berücksichtigt.
