Hypopyon and Vision Loss after Initially Complication-Free Cataract Surgery

A 71-year-old man was referred for cataract surgery in the right eye, while the other eye was operated previously. The best-corrected visual acuity was 20/40 OD and 20/50 OS preoperatively at the baseline visit.
