Fettleber – das große Potenzial von Ernährungs- und Fastentherapie

Summary

Die Fettlebererkrankung ist eine Volkskrankheit geworden und auch prognostisch von Bedeutung. Durch Heilfasten und modifizierte Formen periodischen Fastens können schnelle Verbesserungen und Remissionen erzielt werden. Entscheidend ist präventiv wie kurativ aber die grundsätzliche Ernährung.
