Es liegt zwischen Kahn- und Mondbein und spielt für die Stabilität des Handgelenks eine große Rolle: das skapholunäre Band (SL-Band). Reißt das Band, kann ein neues konservatives Trainingsprogramm dem Klienten helfen, die Hand wieder schmerzfrei und im gewohnten Ausmaß zu bewegen.
