Multimodale Behandlung von Burnout

Burnout ist ein durch mangelhaft verarbeiteten arbeitsbezogenen Distress hervorgerufenes Erschöpfungssyndrom. Die Behandlung kann institutions- oder personbezogen erfolgen. Letztere sollte je nach Schweregrad in einem gestuften Therapieprogramm stattfinden – für schwere Fälle haben sich multimodale Behandlungspakete bewährt. Der Beitrag skizziert deren Inhalte und diskutiert psychodynamische Aspekte und die Wirksamkeit solcher Behandlungen.
